About us – noah

Founding team

The three of us found each other in the summer of 2025, drawn together by the same frustration and the same belief: that the gap between “we want AI” and real impact should take hours, not months. We built noah to close that gap, automatically, continuously, and without bias. Today we work out of Antwerp, backed by Thierry Geerts (ex-CEO Google Belgium) and Rudy Aernoudt (Founder EBAN), two people who have seen enough AI hype to know when something is actually different.

Since launching, noah has been recognised as a finalist at the Belgian Startup Awards 2026 and selected as a high potential startup at Web Summit, Leap Conference, and Tectonic. We have pitched at Odoo Experience, ADM Belgium, and the Deloitte Experience Day, and were invited to share our story with the EMBA class at the BMI Executive Institute.

The problem we are solving clearly resonates, and we are just getting started.

Denis Leysen

Denis spent years as an AI consultant at Datashift, helping some of Europe's largest organisations (Allianz, Securitas, Adidas, Luminus) figure out where AI could create real value. The process was always the same: months of interviews, workshops, and market research, all done manually. He knew it could be done faster, more objectively, and at a scale no consultant could match.

Tom De Smedt

Tom spent 13 years on the other side of the table, as IT manager at large organisations, sitting through endless agency demos and watching AI projects fail before they started. Not because the technology wasn't ready, but because nobody had done the homework to find the right problem first.

César Van Leuffelen

César has always been drawn to the intersection of technology and real-world impact. While studying Applied Computer Science and later pursuing a Master in Applied IT, he didn't just learn the theory, he built things. From building a first business at 18 to an AI-powered tool for helping pathologists detect skin cancer, he has consistently turned ideas into working software.
