What you will actually do
- You build noah’s marketing engine from scratch.
- Video content, conference presence, webinars, paid campaigns, brand messaging. This is hands-on work. You will record videos, run webinars, manage booth setups, and optimize ad campaigns yourself.
- You own SEO and GEO strategy.
- You run our socials day to day.
- You launch and manage paid campaigns.
- You create content that makes the noah story impossible to ignore.
- You collaborate directly with the founding team. You travel and attend events across Europe. You help define how noah shows up in the world.
What success looks like after 12 months
People find noah before we find them. Our brand does part of the selling. You built that.
Who you are
1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, ideally in a startup or scale-up. You know SEO and GEO. You understand content marketing across socials, podcasts, or video. You have run paid campaigns and know what a good CAC looks like.
Less experience is fine if you can prove the output.
You are a builder, not a briefer. You do not wait for an agency to execute your vision.
